Successful selected candidates are required to contact AUMDC admissions office within 3 working days to submit their fee & documents.

The admission in MBBS Program at AUMDC will be confirmed provisionally after the submission of the fee and required original documents.

Announcement of 5th Provisional Merit list for Admissions - MBBS (Session 2021-2022)

AUMDC PROVISIONAL MERIT LIST LINK
  1. AUMDC merit no. 274 to 281 are required to contact the AUMDC admissions office within 3 working days i.e., Monday 24 January 2022 to Wednesday 26 January 2022 till 4:00 PM to submit their fee along with relevant documents.
  2. The candidates visiting the admission office for completing the admission process including the deposit of fees shall first go through the process of scrutinization and submission of their original documents. In case any discrepancy is found, the candidate’s name will stand removed from the merit list.

AUMDC merit no. 282 to 286 are in the waiting list . They are advised to keep their documents and fee ready. They will be called in case any candidate drops from the Admission List.
Those candidates who were in the “Result Awaited List” and have submitted their FSC/A-LEVEL Results, their names have been updated in the merit list as per their final AUMDC aggregate.

Announcement of Provisional Merit list - MBBS (Session 2021-2022)

AUMDC PROVISIONAL MERIT LIST LINK
  1. This provisional merit list for MBBS Session 2021-2022 at AUMDC includes those candidates who have applied for MBBS Session 2021-2022 at Abu Umara Medical and Dental College by completely filling the online application form and successfully submitting it within the mentioned time frame. Mere presence in this order of merit shall not confer any right to the candidate if he/she is otherwise found ineligible based on misrepresentation, fraud, or mistake at any stage of admission.
  2. The provisional merit list for MBBS Session 2021-2022 at AUMDC is subject to amendment/ correction/revision in case of any bonafide error, omission, or lapse that occurs or is brought to the notice of college authorities within due time. In such a case, the candidate must submit a written complaint at info@aumdc.pk till 9th January 2022 by 01:00 pm, from his/her registered email address as mentioned in the application along with any documentary proof in support of the complaint
  3. Admission of students with delayed results will be entertained as per PMC Admission Regulation/guideline 2021.
  4. The first Merit list for Provisional Admissions finally will be displayed on 9th January 2022.

ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS

Dated: 6th January 2022

All the candidates who have applied for admission to the MBBS program at AUMDC online admission portal are reminded to upload complete information along with the required documents as soon as possible. The application will be considered INCOMPLETE if any mandatory information/document is missing from the application. If the application remains INCOMPLETE by 7th January 2022, it will not be considered for the merit list.

All those applicants who have submitted partially filled applications are required to complete the application submission process at the earliest.
