ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA & MERIT CALCULATION WEIGHTAGE FOR ADMISSION TO MBBS PROGRAM SESSION 2025-26

For admissions in MBBS Program session 2025-26, AUMDC will follow the admission criteria as prescribed by PM&DC Medical & Dental Undergraduate Education (Admissions, Curriculum and Conduct) Policy and Regulations 2023”, dated July 13, 2023

MBBS ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR LOCAL STUDENTS
F.Sc.(Pre-Medical)/HSSC / A-Levels or equivalent qualification		Minimum 60% marks
MDCAT	Minimum 55% marks
*Must have passed the subjects of Biology, Chemistry and Physics/Mathematics in HSSC / A-Levels or equivalent Exam

MBBS ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS
The candidate must hold a permanent foreign nationality or is an overseas Pakistani (a Pakistani citizen permanently residing in a foreign country). The candidate must have studied and passed the subjects of Biology, Chemistry, and Physics/Mathematics in HSSC 12th-grade examination or its equivalent from outside Pakistan. The candidate must be a resident of a foreign country at the time of applying for admission and possess a certificate from the institution last attended confirming above mentioned status.
SAT-II		Minimum Score of 550 in each subject
OR
Foreign MCAT or UCAT Examination	Minimum 50 % marks

MERIT CALCULATION WEIGHTAGE
MDCAT Marks	50% weightage
F.Sc.(Pre-Medical)/HSSC/A-Levels/ Equivalent Exam Marks	40% weightage
Matriculation/SSC/O-Level/ Equivalent Exam Marks	10% weightage

NOTES

Admissions will be strictly on merit.
Applicants are required to apply online through Online Admission Portal
Applicants must completely fill the online application followed by successful submission through online portal. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
A student when accepting admission to a college shall be under an obligation to disclose to the college if a prior admission has been accepted by them to any other college, and such student shall prior to accepting such latter admission must in writing inform the prior college of cancellation of their acceptance with a copy to the designated email of the Authority. Failure by a student to cancel the prior acceptance of admission shall render all admission offers of the student as void and the student shall be ineligible for admission. (PMDC Admission Regulations dated 13 Jul, 2023)
The admission application or provisional admission will be canceled if, at any stage of the admission process, it is discovered that the documents submitted or information provided, including marks, results cards, and/or any other relevant document/information for merit calculation or eligibility, have been misrepresented, fraudulent, forged, or incorrectly submitted, either deliberately or by mistake.
Any change in admission policy by the concerned regulatory authority, shall be implemented even after the admission forms have been submitted.
